Pricing, Explained Honestly
The pricing model in plain terms: what it costs, when you find out, and what's never added later.
How do your quotes work?
We look at the fault in person, then give you one figure covering the whole repair before anything is touched. That price doesn't move once you've said yes, whether the job wraps up quickly or runs longer than expected.
Do prices change once the job starts?
No. If a bigger fault shows up once we've opened things up, we pause, walk you through it, and price that part on its own before going near it. You're never billed for anything you haven't signed off first.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. $0 Call Out Fee applies whether you're on the beachfront or up on the slopes behind it. You only pay for the repair itself, once you've approved it.
How can I pay?
Card is the usual way, taken on the spot once the job's signed off. Ask on the call if you need another option and we'll sort it before we arrive.

Speed, Hours and Booking
How fast we move, who answers, and what happens once you've made the call.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, all year round, and nothing on the invoice shifts because of what day it happens to be. A burst pipe on Boxing Day is priced exactly the way it would be on any ordinary Tuesday.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. Ring at 3am and a licensed plumber answers, not an answering machine. Real people cover the phones every night of the week, weekends and public holidays included.
How fast can you get here?
We're on-site fast once you've called, with the worst emergencies triaged first. We won't promise a number of minutes because traffic and the size of the job both play a part, but we move with urgency from the moment you ring.
What happens after I call?
We talk through what's happening and tell you what to do in the meantime. Then a plumber gets moving toward you, and no work starts until you've said yes to the number quoted.

Answers From Around Collaroy
The local side of it: which streets, which faults, and what the older housing stock means for your pipes.
Which suburbs do you service?
Collaroy is home turf, and the same team covers Narrabeen, Dee Why, Cromer, Beacon Hill and Brookvale without a second call-out charge for crossing a street.
Do tree roots really block drains around Collaroy?
On the older residential slopes, yes. Mature street trees send roots looking for moisture, and ageing pipe joints give them somewhere to get in.
How local are you to Collaroy, really?
We're in Collaroy most weeks, not passing through for a one-off. The Pittwater Road strip, the cinema on the shopping strip, the pub near the corner: we know the run because we work it regularly.
Do you work on Collaroy's apartments and strata blocks?
Yes, regularly. Collaroy's mix of houses and unit blocks means jobs come to us through strata managers as well as owner-occupiers, and we're set up to deal with either.
Done Properly, By the Book
Licensing, insurance and who's responsible for what, without the jargon.
Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?
It comes down to where the pipe fails. Everything up to the boundary line falls to the homeowner, and a look on-site is usually enough to settle which side it's on.
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
Our workmanship, on every callout.
We come back. No questions. No cost.
Who can legally do gas work in NSW?
A licensed gas fitter, full stop. It's not a job for a general plumber or a handy neighbour, and we only send someone qualified for that specific work.
If you smell gas, leave the property and call from outside. Do not flick switches or light flames.
Ring 000 first if the smell is strong or anyone feels unwell, then call us once you're clear.
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Yes. NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C covers everyone who works for us, and we'll happily quote it to you over the phone before we arrive.
